    Strategic PSSA Mathematics Readiness
    Participants will learn about the PSSA Math blueprint/calculator policy and will leave with ready to use multiple-choice and open-ended questions to better prepare their students for the PSSA's.
    Target Audience
    3 - 8 grade math teachers
    Learner Outcomes
  • Analyze the Pennsylvania PSSA Mathematics Assessment Blueprint and calculator policy to identify how they impact instructional planning and student test preparation.
  •  
  • Develop PSSA-aligned multiple-choice and open-ended mathematics questions that reflect the rigor, format, and expectations of the state assessment.
  •  
  • Incorporate PSSA mathematics vocabulary and effective test-preparation strategies into classroom instruction to increase student confidence and readiness.
