    Learn how to complete payrolls for the current fiscal year and start the new fiscal year for payroll.

    This session will review the following:
    • Creating the Pay period Calendar for the new fiscal year
    • Balance of Contract verification process
    • Processing lump sum pays and/or salary accruals
    • Update the Parameter fiscal year
    • Pay period accruals for non-salaried wages
    • PSERS end of fiscal year process for the June work report and reporting Annual Service Time
    • Updating staff's payroll wage info and annual salaries from the Salary module
    • Job Title rate updates from the Salary module
