The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit is pleased to offer the 2026–2027 Principals Induction Program, a comprehensive yearlong experience designed to support newly appointed principals in their leadership journey. This program fulfills the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Induction requirements and includes components aligned to Act 13 training for school leaders.
Participants will begin the year with an in-person kickoff session on July 27, followed by monthly virtual meetings held on the second Monday of each month from 8:00–10:00 AM. The program concludes with an in-person wrap-up session on June 14.
This induction experience offers a supportive network, relevant leadership development, and actionable strategies for success in school leadership.
Cost: $500 per participant
Credits: 50 Act 45 Hours
