    Defusing Challenging Behaviors
    Participants will learn best practices for proactive and reactive approaches to student behavior. 
    Target Audience
    This training is for all K-12 educators.
    Learner Outcomes
    Participants will:
    o Identify basic behavior terminology
    o Examine 7 phases of escalating behavior 
    o Identify their role in preventing challenging behaviors from occurring
    o Define effective strategies to use when challenging behaviors do occur
