ADA Title II Digital Accessibility Webinar: Legal Considerations for School District Administration

Updated regulations for Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) establish new digital accessibility requirements for public school entities, including school districts. While recent guidance has extended compliance timelines for districts, the expectations for accessible digital content remain in place and require thoughtful planning and staff readiness.

This webinar will provide school leaders with a solicitor-led legal perspective on the scope of the regulations, compliance expectations, and considerations specific to education entities. Participants will explore how the requirements apply to public-facing communications, instructional materials, communication tools, and vendor platforms. This webinar will support participants in developing a clearer understanding of legal expectations related to ADA Title II digital accessibility requirements, while also preparing their teams to proactively build capacity and meet upcoming compliance deadlines.
