Important Information
Annual Recertification: required annually within 365 days of the previous certification. Recertification may be fulfilled by either the ½ day Annual Recertification training OR the Initial Certification training.
o This session is designed for staff who have received initial certification and have maintained their certification status and are in need of the annual recertification.
o This is a half-day session provided by trainer(s) who have been certified by the Therapeutic Options program.
o Staff will receive a certification upon successful completion of the course and must continue to be recertified annually to maintain active certification.
o Staff must attend the training in its’ entirety and failure to do so may impact the successful recertification.
o Note: Staff who have never been trained in Therapeutic Options, or who were trained but did not comply with maintaining annual recertification due to lapses in certification may not register for this session, and must seek out an Initial Certification session.
