    Bringing Early Learning Groups to Life: Intentional Strategies for Success

    This course will provide an overview of Specialized Group Services within Elwyn ELS. The session will provide a definition of "Early Learning Groups", offer guidance on recommending group services and will overview benefits of group services and IEP implications. The course will then pivot into a "workshop" structure in which 5 elements of Early Learning Groups will be provided with a heavy emphasis on application and practice. Those five elements include: Data & Assessment, Caregiver Coaching, Co-Facilitating & Planning Groups, and closing out with High-Quality Environment & Promoting Engagement. 

    Target Audience

    Providers running Specialized Group Services 

    Learner Outcomes

    Participants will increase knowledge of the Specialized Group Services within Elwyn ELS - including a definition of this type of service, basic components, when to make recommendations, IEP implications and 5 elements of effective specialized group services.
