These profressional development meetings are designed to discuss and improve teaching practices, student learning, and overall school effectiveness. Teachers will share strategies, analyze student data, develop common assessments, and work together to solve challenges. The goal is to create a culture of continuous improvement, where educators support each other in enhancing their instructional methods and positively impacting student outcomes.
