    To broaden the knowledge base of the Preschool and Head Start staff on multiple topics including the Foundations Model, LETRS, Pre-service training, Playground Safety, and beginning of the year procedures.

Important Information
Introduce preschool staff to licensure requirements: Health Questionaire, Emergency Information Form, Abusive Head Trauma Policy, Discipline Policy, Operational and Personnel Policies, Job Description, and an overview of what licensure includes. Introduction of preschool staff to ECERS.  Introduce preschool staff to PPM for addressing challenging behaviors. All New Staff will complete the 2 hour online course, Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina (PCANC).
