Teachers will use an AI Enhanced Self-Reflection platform to support teacher selected and principal
selected goals based on standards and/or elements from the appropriate rubric. Teachers will upload videos of their instruction to a private portal where an AI facilitator will lead them to analyze their practice and enact upon new learnings from their reflection.
At the mid-year review meeting the teacher will submit a self-reflection that includes progress on the Professional Growth Goals/MSL Plan to the evaluator.
