     Anxiety 101: How We Help Our Students and Staff
    Anxiety in our students and educators is very common these days.  This course will look at different types of anxiety and the brain science around it.  We will dive into some of the things that are making our students anxious and what we can do in the educational setting to help them.  We also take a look at us as educators, how we work with our own anxiety so we can better support our students.
