This professional learning circle deepens staff skillfulness by providing practical, evidence-based strategies to support students with autism in everyday routines. Participants will plan and prepare intentional opportunities for engagement, apply strategies during instruction, and reflect on student responses to adjust practice. Through collaboration and analysis, staff will strengthen positive learning environments and family partnerships, directly enhancing student communication, participation, and learning outcomes.
Each meeting will include discussion of assigned readings from "An Early Start for Your Child
with Autism", reflection on strategy use, and collaborative problem-solving.
