    Crisis Prevention & Intervention Refresher Training 26/27
    Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) Refresher Training is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to safely manage challenging behaviors and effectively de-escalate crisis situations. The training emphasizes proactive strategies, nonviolent intervention, and maintaining safety for both the individual in crisis and those around them. This course is intended for individuals who already hold a blue card and serve on a KIP (Key Identified Personnel) Team. Participants will deepen their skills in de-escalation and learn to apply lawful, non-punitive approaches that reduce the need for seclusion and restraint.
