    Crisis Prevention & Intervention Initial Training
    Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI) Refresher Training equips participants with practical skills to safely manage challenging behaviors and de-escalate crisis situations. The focus is on proactive, nonviolent strategies that support the safety of both the individual in crisis and those around them. This training prepares KIP Teams (Key Identified Personnel) to respond effectively to behavioral crises by strengthening de-escalation techniques and applying lawful, non-punitive approaches that minimize the use of seclusion and restraint.
