    Classroom PBIS Training of Trainers, May 2026

    Location: Young Adult Services, 12360 Felch Street, Holland

    Audience: Staff who has taken Classroom PBIS and desire to train in their districts

    Instructors: Anne Brainard and Vickie Swanson

    This training prepares district-selected staff to become Classroom PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) trainers. Participants will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to train fellow educators in implementing effective PBIS systems and practices for K-12 classrooms.

    Key topics include:

    • PBIS principles and their application in classroom settings

    • Strategies for developing and maintaining positive classroom environments

    • Data-driven decision making for behavior management

    • Culturally responsive PBIS practices

    • Coaching techniques for supporting staff implementation

    Upon completion, participants will be equipped to lead PBIS training initiatives within their districts, fostering improved classroom management and student outcomes across all grade levels.

    No Cost

    SCECH's will be available pending state approval
