    In three half-days, participants will learn about the Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework, a research-based approach to preventing child abuse and neglect, strengthening families, and promoting optimal child development. Attendance at all three days is required. The Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework is a research-based approach to preventing child abuse and neglect, strengthening families, and promoting optimal child development.

    This is a three consecutive half-days training. Participants must attend all three days.

    • Learn 5 Protective Factors that build strong families.
    • Gain 7 everyday strategies that will change how you work with families and improve children’s outcomes.


    Pending approval, State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECHs) will be offered for this training. Further information will be provided by the course instructor at the session.
