The Western PA Student Centered Learning Summit will provide educators with opportunities to explore student-centered learning practices aligned to the Pennsylvania Student-Centered Learning Blueprint. Participants will engage with examples of implementation, collaborate with colleagues, and identify strategies that strengthen student voice, agency, engagement, and ownership of learning across educational settings.
Participants will:
- Deepen their understanding of the principles and priorities outlined in the PA Student-Centered Learning Blueprint.
- Examine student-centered learning practices that promote student voice, agency, engagement, and ownership.
- Collaborate with regional educators to reflect on implementation opportunities and challenges.
- Identify actionable next steps for applying student-centered learning approaches in their own settings.
Registration is FREE and light breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided. Following the event, six (6) Act 48 hours will be awarded.
