    Reading Intervention Networking 25-26

    On October 15, 2025 & February 4, 2026, ARIN IU 28 will be holding Reading Intervention Networking session from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. These networking sessions are open to teachers and interventionist who are directly responsible for implementing structured literacy interventions.

    Session 1: Collaboration & Communication:  Working Across Tiers and Teams

    During this session we will discuss effective implementation of reading interventions requires strong communication across general education, special education, and support teams.  This session focuses on how interventionists can lead or support data meetings, advocate for student needs, and contribute to a strong Tier 1 core.  Real-world examples and protocols will be shared to help improve collaborative within MTSS structures.  

    Session 2: Networking Session: Sharing Successes and Troubleshooting Challenges.

    This open forum is designed for reading interventionists to connect, share strategies, and problem-solve common challenges in implementation.  Participants are encouraged to bring real data, student profiles, or questions to engage in solution-focused conversations with colleagues from other schools or districts.  Optional breakout groups by grade band or area of focus (e.g., phonics, comprehension) will be provided.
