The Armstrong & Indiana Counties transition coordinator networking meetings facilitate sharing of information on transition services, programs, and agency supports. Topics such as self-advocacy, student-led IEPs, special education law, and agency services are discussed. Join your colleagues for a time of sharing ideas, meeting with agency partners, building partnerships, and exploring transition assessments! Each session will begin with guided conversation followed by a time to collaborate, problem-solve, and explore resources! Our network will meet two times in supplement to our transition council meetings. Participants will be able to identify services and programs in Armstrong and Indiana Counties that support youth and young adults in their transition to post-secondary settings.
