Audience: This program is ideal for educators, school counselors, principals, and education professionals seeking to promote a restorative approach in their schools. This opportunity will empower you with the tools and knowledge to drive positive change in your educational setting. Participants must complete the 2-day Introductory training prior to the TOT.
Join us for a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program focused on restorative practices in educational settings. This unique professional development opportunity is designed for educators, school administrators, and education professionals who aim to become certified trainers in Restorative Practices.
Overview:
In this intensive program, participants will gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills in Restorative Practices theory applied to the classroom and broader school community. The program will cover the following key components:
Trainer Certification: Develop the skills to train other educators in Restorative Practices. This includes effective communication techniques, workshop facilitation, and curriculum design for restorative training sessions.
Expand upon the principles learned in the 2-Day Restorative Practices Training, which encompasses both the philosophical underpinnings and practical techniques of restorative approaches.
Ongoing Support and Resources: Gain access to a network of Restorative Practice trainers and a comprehensive resource library. Receive continuous support to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
