Classroom Learning Labs for Secondary Math Network

 March 19 & 20, 2020 ~ 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Please note that this training will be held at the Careerline Tech Center, 13663 Port Sheldon St., Holland

A grassroots effort has led to classroom learning labs (CLL) at various districts to learn more about student discourse.  A few of our panelists from the release of the Secondary Math Study had agreed to host CLLs around student discourse. These Classroom Learning Labs were valuable, collaborative learning experiences.

This two-day work session intends to share some of what was observed thus far this year.  In addition, teachers and principals will learn more about the benefits of Classroom Learning Labs and how to utilize this process within your own schools and across the area.  The interactive session will practice key skills that support effective facilitation and individuals will be equipped to effectively lead the CLL process.

There is no fee for this training.

SCECHs may be available pending State approval.  We no longer charge for SCECHs.

If you have questions, please contact Doug Greer at dgreer@oaisd.org.
