A dynamic, hands-on teacher workshop featuring quadratic analysis, runoff table experiments, and guided tours of watershed restoration sites. A program designed to empower High School teachers with the knowledge and tools to teach climate-resilient ecosystem management—all aligned with STEELS Standards.

Target Audience

Teachers in grades 9-12

Learner Outcomes

Educators will engage in lessons that can be implemented into their own classrooms:
- Quadratic Analysis for Determining Species Richness
- Using Runoff Tables to Determine the Effects of Land Use on Resulting Runoff and Water Quality
- Investigate Watershed Restoration Practices.
Participants will be guided and supported in developing an implementation project for their classrooms. This will be tailored to individual need.
