Best Practices in the Virtual Math Classroom

How do we take what we know are best practices in the math classroom and create those same experiences in a virtual environment?  We will examine proven best practices but look at through the lense of virtual teaching and learning.  Student engagement, assessment, questioning and differentiation will all be discussed.
