JCISD Tier 1 and Tier 2 Building Leadership Team Series
This series is comprised of three key components. The series begins with a full day onboarding training for all new team members and teams. The series then leverages a building or district selected data coach that will compile and organize the buildings data three times throughout the year so the building team may focus on problem solving and action planning around the data sets. The last component consists of quarterly countywide trainings that will continue to strengthen our systems and allow us time to problem-solve and action plan as a team and a county. Monthly team coaching and/or planning is always available as well.
Target Audience
Building Leadership Teams interested in MTSS
Learner Outcomes

- New members and those interested in a refresher will learn the basics of MTSS including, the Six Big Ideas of PBIS, understanding the power of a high functioning team and leveraging data for problem solving.

- Teams will work on monitoring and adjusting the implementation and/ problem solving the data, planning out the next set of interventions as well as communication with stakeholders.

- The Data coach will learn to organize and utilize data sets to drive Tier 1 and 2 systems work and interventions.

- We will also have time build into the series to problem solving with other teams from across the county.
