Continuous Improvement District Series (Remastered)

This series will help districts navigate the Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Plan (MICIP) in both process and platform. We will have four (4) quarterly meetings for District Improvement Teams where we will continue to guide teams through the MICIP process. We will differentiate for those who are maintaining and adjusting their plan as well as those who will be starting from "scratch" with a new plan or strategy. We have also built in meetings for the district's data person/coach in order to help them identify, navigate, and analyze data for the team to use. In addition, we also have a meeting for those who are brand new to your District Improvement Team (DIT) in order to bring them up to speed on the basics and nuances or MICIP. DIT meetings will be two hour, virtual meetings. The other meetings will be half-day meetings at JCISD with lunch included.
