1. Water is Life - June 16 & 17
Location: Baraga County
Visit with local knowledge holders at various sites in Baraga County to explore Keweenaw Bay
Indian Communty’s Treatment as a State for Water Quality Standards for the stewardship,
management, and protection of KBIC reservation waters.

2. Connecting Community through Conservation - July 7 & 8
Location: Keweenaw County
This training takes place in the Keweenaw Heartlands and equips educators with the tools to integrate the importance of community-driven conservation efforts into their curriculum, focusing on sustainable land management and the cultural identity of the Keweenaw.
