Cognitive CoachingSM is: A process that supports individuals and organizations in becoming self-directed A powerful approach to enhancing performance and building learning organizations A model that helps to convey thinkers from where they are to where they want to be Participants will: Practice strategies and learn a way of thinking that supports the ongoing development of individuals as they become increasingly self-directed and reflective. Learn ways to expand and refine knowledge and skills to promote more effective teaching and learning. Learn to establish rapport, create trust, plan, reflect, and develop teacher self-confidence, collaboration, flexibility, awareness, and precision. In addition, the planning, reflecting, and problem-resolving maps and tools of Cognitive Coaching® will be demonstrated and practiced.
Participants of this series are required
to attend all eight sessions of the series. IN PERSON ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED. If you are unable to attend a session offered at this
location, you will need to attend the same session at another location. The registrations fee for K-12 Lenawee County educators is $250 for all 8 days. All others will be charged a fee of $500 for all 8 days.
