FIS No Tax on Overtime - Changes to Payroll Processing

Learn how to use the new fields on Staff Payroll and Payroll Entry to correct record the FLSA Qualified Overtime for W-2 reporting in 2026.

This session will review the following:
  • Defaulting Overtime Premium value on payment types and when manual entry is needed
  • Payroll Entry changes requiring Overtime Premium and calculating FLSA Qualified Overtime amounts each pay
  • New reporting to verify overtime in Payroll Entry
  • How Time Clock File imports, Timesheet Entry and Substitute Entry options are being updated for FLSA recording of overtime
