Components for Enhancing Career Experience and Reducing Trauma (CE-CERT): Practical Skills for Mana

This is an introduction to the CE-CERT model, which equips professionals in trauma exposed, or high stress environments with five practical skills to manage stress and prevent burnout during the workday: experiential engagement, reducing rumination, conscious narrative, reducing emotional labor, and parasympathetic recovery. The CE-CERT approach uses micro interventions, rather than just after hours self care to regulate emotions and meaningfully enhance job satisfaction.
