Laying the Foundation: Digital Accessibility Guidelines

This training offers a foundational understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II, with specific focus on web accessibility for school districts. Participants will learn about the legal obligations to ensure equal access to online content for individuals with disabilities, particularly in light of the recent updates requiring adherence to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. By the end of this training, participants will have a better understanding of the accessibility standards that will impact all school districts and the compliance timeline.
