Effective Coaching for Quality Coaches

This training prepares Quality Coaches to effectively support LEA Representatives and Early Intervention providers through collaborative, evidence-based coaching. Participants will practice the coaching cycle, use reflective coaching strategies, provide meaningful feedback, and develop action plans that strengthen professional practice and improve outcomes for children and families.
