Training and Facilitation Cohort
|
|
The Training and Facilitation Cohort models adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and evidence-based strategies through instructor led interactive modules and a capstone project. The capstone will be presented to peers for feedback and evaluated by the program lead using a rubric to assess mastery. The program utilizes peer collaboration and feedback through community of practice sessions, small group activities such as case studies and mini-trainings, and personal reflection captured through journaling activities.
