Effective Caseload Organization & Management for LEA Representatives

This two-hour interactive training is designed to support Local Education Agency (LEA) Representatives in effectively managing their caseloads and responsibilities during IEP processes. Participants will explore practical strategies for organization, communication, and documentation. The session will conclude with a hands-on workshop where LEAs apply strategies to real-world scenarios, allowing them to practice prioritizing tasks, tracking timelines, and addressing family and team concerns.
