Monthly Regional EIC/LEA Meeting

Key elements of the proposed structure: - Planned agendas with clearly outlined LEA-focused talking points; lead by EICs in each region
- A collaborative Q&A log (collected/shared from each region after the meeting), ensuring consistent messaging and clarity across all regions
- Informal, working-style sessions to allow for real-time dialogue, problem-solving, and alignment with expected state and federal guidelines
- A consistent bi-monthly schedule with all regions meeting at the same time, providing predictability and dedicated time to address regional and city-wide issues/updates
We believe this approach will: - Improve responsiveness to regional/citywide challenges
- Foster stronger communication and collaboration between EICs and LEAs
- Ensure consistency of information across the system
- Reinforce our commitment to supporting LEAs in their day-to-day work
