Key elements of the proposed structure:

• Planned agendas with clearly outlined LEA-focused talking points; lead by EICs in each region
• A collaborative Q&A log (collected/shared from each region after the meeting), ensuring consistent messaging and clarity across all regions
• Informal, working-style sessions to allow for real-time dialogue, problem-solving, and alignment with expected state and federal guidelines
• A consistent bi-monthly schedule with all regions meeting at the same time, providing predictability and dedicated time to address regional and city-wide issues/updates
