KMHS 26 CRM Training

These two-part professional development sessions will introduce teachers to the Community Resiliency Model (CRM) and explore how stress and resilience explore the connection between the brain, body, stress, and resilience. Participants will gain a better understanding of the Resilient Zone and learn simple, practical strategies they can use to support their own well-being and help students regulate, reconnect, and thrive.
