Our PBIS team establishes the school-wide expectations, matrix, and routines that build a safe,
predictable, and supportive culture where all students feel they belong. Additionally, our PBIS
team continuously analyzes behavioral and school climate data to refine practices and coordinate
Tier 2/3 interventions so every student gets the support they need.
This professional learning experience will deepen educators' ability to collect, analyze, and
interpret both academic and behavioral data to make proactive adjustments rather than reactive
corrections. Additionally, it will help staff view classroom management and school climate througha multi-tiered framework which will continue to build confidence in designing targeted Tier 1, 2, and 3 supports.
