Based on Sam Crome’s The Power of Teams: How to Create and Lead Thriving
School Teams (2023)  five pillars of transformation will be explored:
Belonging: Building trust and community.
Alignment: Creating a unified vision.
Operations: Streamlining systems for productivity.
Dynamics: Navigating interpersonal health.
Development: Fostering continuous growth.
Target Audience
Elementary School Principals of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
Learner Outcomes

Rooted in current research , principals will possess the tools  to delegate authority, establish mutual support, and achieve a new level of excellence. Principals will create the thriving, mission-driven teams our school deserve.
