Bookworms Study Group
Does your school or district use the Bookworms Curriculum? Are you working to understand the components of the Shared Reading and ELA Block? If you answered YES to any of the questions, then this study group is for you! Come and join fellow colleagues from the COP region to dig deeper into the Bookworms materials. Through a combination of in-person, virtual and asynchronous work, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the Bookworms curriculum through collaboration, close reading, demonstration lessons and hands-on learning. Experience Bookworms lessons as an actual student at the in-person sessions and set goals for your own teaching through the asynchronous opportunities. SCECH credit will be awarded for each specifi ed date to allow fl exibility. Registration will remain open after the fi rst few sessions to allow for others to join. Please contact Dr. Bridget Regan at ReganB@copesd.org or (231) 238-9394 with any questions.
