Participants will learn how to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, increase prosocial behavior, and prevent, minimize, and manage problem behavior safely and effectively using scientific principles and procedures of behavior science. Educators are taught 7 skills through instructions, modeling, practice, and feedback. These skills are broken down into simple steps, making training and learning efficient and effective. The Tools provide a common language between teachers and staff which creates a culture of consistency and support for proactively managing student behavior. This is a five-day training and participants will need to commit to all five days.
SCECH's and CEU's provided following the completion of all 5 sessions pending approval
