Maximizing Professional Learning Communities: How Leaders Influence Collaborative School Improvement

Professional learning communities (PLC) foster collaborative learning among teachers and school leaders. During this session, participants will explore various methods for leading PLCs that results in agreement around a framework of continuous improvement strategies to best accomplish the school’s mission.
