What happens to your data and site access when your Wisdomwhere or Coursewhere subscription ends?

Everyone (registrants and administrative users) will have read-only access to your site for 30 days past the end date.

After 30 days, your database will be archived and stored for up to 7 years. If you need extended read only access to site, Solutionwhere will maintain your site for $500 per year, billed annually.

How Long Will We Keep Your Data?

We never remove anything from your database. It will always be available even if it’s marked Inactive or Storage.

If you ever choose to leave Solutionwhere for another vendor, we’ll archive your database for 7 years. We're happy to work with you to keep an archive available for any length of time.
