This is an orientation program for Phase 1 and 2 schools in the High Priority Schools Project. The Process Mentor protocol will be updated and RESA mentors and coaches will be available to work with school improvement teams in updating their school improvement plans and scheduling professional development opportunities. School Improvement team members and principals are encouraged to attend.

This program is for Mentors and HPSI Personnel that will be providing HPSI schools with support in the use of Smart Boards, teleconferencing and delivery of professional development.
