This is a series of workshops that will provide information and support to 11th grade teachers with tools for their students in preparation for Standardized Test in Mathematics. This is for teachers in Title 1 - High Priority Schools only.

Teachers will engage in a professional learning community involving Cognitive Tutor Algebra 1 teachers that will enhance student learning through data collection and analysis, aligning state standards to instructional delivery, assessments and research-based best practices. These sessions are for teachers in Title 1 - High Priority Schools in Wayne County.

Participants will learn the components of Reciprocal Teaching to assist in reading comprehension.
