This course will cover the basic rules and fine points of administration, scoring, and interpretation of the WJIII/Nu Tests of Cognitive Abilities. The key objective is to provide a solid foundation for using the WJIII/NU COG, in both diagnosing and planning for intervention. An overview of the Cattell-Horn-Carroll theory, along with administration basics of the Standard and Extended Battery will be provided. Use of the Compuscore and Profiles Program and application of available scores will be included.
This is a One Day course.

The audience for this course is School Psychologists and persons who meet the qualification standards to administer and interpret tests of cognitive abilities only.
Attention: School Psychologists and qualified users of complete battery – Recommendation to attend either 2-consecutive day Cognitive/Achievement course OR attend 1 day Cognitive and 1 day Achievement training to obtain Wayne County WJ-III Certificate of Training Completion.
