Participants will become familiar with and produce examples of CRISS Strategies that help to Create Independence through Student Owned Strategies. In addition, teachers will practice using specific CRISS strategies that are designed to help teachers develop effective methods of teaching using reading, writing, thinking, and organizing strategies to help all students within and across all content areas.
