This 2-day training provides classroom management strategies aligned to the PBIS school-wide discipline plan. Participants will learn the 8 key features of effective classroom environments as designed by PBIS expert Dr. Geoff Colvin. There will be lecture, group work, opportunity to self-assess classroom practices and development of an action plan. Day Two provides assistance in eliminating roadblocks and identifying solutions for the more challenging behaviors.

Building Tertiary Teams will learn about the wraparound process and be able to implement wraparound supports with students who need tertiary level of intervention in their buildings. Lecture, group work, video, and discussion will be the instructional methods being used for this training.
