Course Description / Topics:
This is an intensive program designed to cover topics relating to system installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the C·CURE 800 System. All basic aspects of system administration and monitoring are covered including C·CURE ID. There is also complete coverage of the apC® hardware, I*star® panels, associated readers and add on boards. All methods of apC connection (i.e., RS232, RS485, dialup, and networked TCP/IP) are covered. This course is heavily focused on hands-on hardware labs requiring the student to actually install, configure and troubleshoot the various components.
Note: a copy of apCTest and other tools are included with this course.

Audience:
Dealer personnel who are responsible for the installation, maintenance or service of a C·CURE 800/8000 system site. This is not an End-User or Sales course. Successful completion results in Certification as Installer/Maintainer (Level 2) and I*Star.
