Diversity Issues in Schools and the Workplace

This 1 credit course will be focusing on diversity issues that arise in schools and other workplaces. It will concentrate on taking a deeper look at different aspects and viewpoints of diversity issues, as well as focusing on one’s own prejudices. Finally, the course will concentrate on personality differences and how those differences can hinder or heighten one’s effectiveness in the school system or workplace.
