In this class, participants will learn how to get their students to recognize the value of being physically active, eating correctly, and staying in shape. In addition, participants will create a lesson plan, specific to their content area, which will emphasize how to incorporate physical activity into their classrooms. The participants will learn how to use the knowledge acquired in this course in order create lesson plans that include physical activity and healthy eating.
