Coaching and Mentoring Model Subcategory

      Erie Middle School PBIS 2017-18
Target group:PBIS team

EMS continues to want to build, improve and implement the school-wide Positive Behavior System. Last year this team created the foundation to the new school-wide system, and this year they want to continue to build upon that system. There was a decrease in referrals and suspensions at EMS since the implementation os the school-wide expectations and system, and they would like to continue that progress.

Next steps would be creating school-wide systems and lessons for teachers, digging into data to see what areas need to be focused on and areas in the building that are of major concern.
